Prepare the Package
Place the original items in their secure packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and labels remain attached and intact.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
